Please email me at for all your guitar related needs.  I don't answer phone calls or listen to voicemails as they take too much time and interfere with my work.  I check my email many times a day, in between jobs and appointments, as well as early in the morning and into the evening, so I won't miss any urgencies or emergencies you may have.

I see people only by appointment to allow adequate time to go over all the details of whatever work you'd like me to do.  Many smaller jobs are often done while you wait, including most set-ups, pickup installations, simple electronic repairs, etc.  There is no charge for a verbal assessment, diagnosis, or price quote even if you elect not to have the work done.
